Yep, it’s time again for spring cleaning!!
There is always so much to do and not enough time. We are here to help! Listed below are the “a la carte” deep cleaning chores that we can do. As always special requests will be handled on an individual basis.
Top“A La Carte”
CHOOSE YOUR SERVICE
A reminder: we cannot move furniture over 20lbs.
- Window Screens Vacuumed, $1.00 a screen.
- Inside of windows cleaned, $1.00 a window.
- Outside of double hung windows that turn in to clean the outside of the window, $1.00 per window
- Clean inside of fridge, $15
- Bottom vent on fridge cleaned, $10
- Clean inside of self cleaning oven, $10
- Clean inside of non-self cleaning oven, $15
- Clean and Moisturize wood bathroom cabinets, $10 per bathroom
- Clean and moisturize wood kitchen cabinets, $15
- Clean inside of dinning hutch or curio cabinets, $30 per furniture piece.
- Wipe down and clean out ceiling light fixtures/ fans, $10 a fixture. (We can only clean the fixtures we can reach with a 2 step ladder)
- Vacuum and clean out patio door tracks, $5 per door.
- Vacuum and wipe down window blinds, $10 per window blind.
- Vacuum window treatments, $5 per room.
- Clean and moisturize wood work (banisters, baseboards, and doors) throughout home, $30
- Vacuum furniture, including under the cushions, $5 per furniture piece
- Clean and moisturize leather furniture, $10 per furniture piece
- Edge carpets, $5 per room
Top“General house cleaning on a regular basis”
(weekly, bi -monthly, every 3 weeks, and monthly schedules)
- Bathrooms: Dust all wall hangings, light fixtures, and window coverings. Thoroughly clean showers/tubs, mirrors, vanities, and toilets, including treating mildew stains. Hand wash all floors and baseboards. Empty all trashes.
- Bedrooms: Make beds (we can change sheets if clean ones are left out for a $5 charge per bed), Dust all light fixtures/ ceiling fans, window treatments, wall hangings, baseboards and doors. We also empty the trash, and damp dust all furniture and items on furniture. Spot check windows. Vacuum carpets, tank (small canister vacuum used for uncarpeted floors that has just a brush and no roller so it will not scratch floors) and shmop (a terry cloth covered mop special for wood floors) wood floors or mop tile and vinyl floors
- Living Spaces (offices, living rooms, dining rooms, etc): Dust all light fixtures, wall hangings, window coverings, baseboards and doors. Damp dust all furniture and items on furniture. Fluff pillows and fold blankets. Spot check windows. Empty trash. Wipe down all microfiber and suede furniture with dry rag. Vacuum carpets, tank (small canister vacuum used for uncarpeted floors that has just a brush and no roller so it will not scratch floors) and shmop (a terry cloth covered mop special for wood floors) wood floors or mop tile and vinyl floors.
- Kitchens, Wet Bar Areas, and Mudroom/Laundry Rooms: Dust all light fixtures, wall hangings, window treatments, baseboards and doors. Empty trash. Spot check all cabinets. Spot check all windows. Clean the fronts of all appliances (polish stainless steel). Clean inside microwave and clean all stove parts and surface. Clean all countertops and items on them. Clean kitchen tables, chairs and stools. Scrub and polish sink. Vacuum all carpets, tank (small canister vacuum used for uncarpeted floors that has just a brush and no roller so it will not scratch floors) and shmop (a terry cloth covers mop made special for wood floors) mop tile and vinyl floors.

Top“Deep cleaning service”
Once a year in addition to regular cleaning
- Bathrooms: all of the above stated duties and in addition we will treat hard water stains in tubs/ showers. Clean and moisturize wood cabinets. Hand wipe down all light fixtures and wall hangings. Hand wipe down all doors.
- Bedrooms: all of the above stated duties and in addition we will hand wipe all light fixtures, wall hangings, baseboards and doors. Clean and moisturize any built in cabinets. We will also clean the inside of windows.
- Living Spaces: All of the above stated duties and in addition we will hand wipe down all light fixtures, baseboards, and doors. Clean the inside of all windows including window sills. Clean and moisturize any built in cabinets.
- Kitchens, Wet bar Areas and Mudroom/Laundry Rooms: All of the above and stated duties in addition we will clean and moisturize all cabinets. Hand wipe all doors baseboards, and exposed shelving. We will also hand wipe light fixtures windows and window sills.
- Pricing for this service is an additional $100 for homes under 4000 square feet, and an additional $150 for homes over 4001 square feet
Top“Move in/ out cleaning service”
This is a cleaning service that is done to a home between tenants/owners. This service is preformed while there are no belongings or furnishings in the home.
- Bathrooms: Wipe down all light fixtures, doors, baseboards, windows and window sills. We will treat hard water stains and mildew stains. We will thoroughly clean and sanitize all showers, tubs, toilets, and vanities. We will clean out the inside of any closets and storage space including the inside of cabinets. We will hand wipe the floor and wash any walls that are washable.
- Bedrooms, Living Rooms, and All Other Living Spaces: Wipe all light fixtures, doors, baseboards, windows and window sills. Wash all walls that are washable. Vacuum carpet. If there are uncarpeted floors those will be vacuumed, cleaned, and sanitized.
- Kitchens, Wet Bar Areas and Mudrooms/ Laundry Rooms: Wipe all light fixtures, doors, baseboards, windows and window sills. Clean inside and outside all cabinetry. Clean inside ALL appliances, including washer/ dryers, and all kitchen appliances. Clean and sanitize all kitchen counter tops. Vacuum all carpet. If there are uncarpeted floors those will be vacuumed, cleaned and sanitized.
- Pricing for this Service is as Follows: Less than 2000 square feet $50 per hour. 2001-4000 square feet $60 per hour. 4001 to 6000 square feet $70 per hour. Over 6001 square feet $80 per hour. These prices include the cost of supplies and light trash removal. Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts available for current clients.
