Policies
Scheduling Policies
If you cancel your cleaning appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment there is a $35 charge.
You may reschedule your cleaning appointment for free less than 24 hours before your cleaning appointment.
If you go longer than 6 weeks between cleaning appointments you will be charged an additional $100 for deep cleaning services to be done to get your home caught up on cleaning duties.
Sick Policies
Our sick policy is similar to the ones in schools. We will not let a contagious employee clean your home. This may cause us to reschedule if we have a couple of employees out sick, we apologize, but we strongly believe in taking actions that help stop the spread of illness.
If an employee comes to work still exhibiting symptoms but feels good enough to clean they are required to wear a face mask and gloves while in your home so they don’t spread any germs.
If someone is home sick at your house when we are scheduled to clean, please call the office and let us know so we can take the proper precautions. We will wear face masks and gloves while in your home. We will also ask that person to stay in one room while we are there cleaning and we will not clean the room they are in.
You can also reschedule your appointment; there is no charge to do so. We leave spots open in our books to accommodate for this.
Cleaning Supplies Policies
If you have left you 2 consecutive notes to get supplies that you are out of and you haven’t gotten them for your next cleaning appointment, we will be bringing that requested cleaner with us and leaving you an invoice for the cost of the item/items. If you have any questions regarding this policy please call our offices at 612 987 1620.
Locked Out Policies
If we get locked out of your home because you forgot we were coming to clean, there will be a $35 charge.
If we set off a security alarm when we come to clean, and we were not able to get a hold of you to shut it off, resulting in our team not being able to clean for your appointment, you will be charged $35.
Payment Policies
Payment is due at the time of cleaning unless other arrangements have been made with Erin.
We accept cash, check, credit card.
If there is no payment left for us on the day of your clean, we reserve the right to not clean your home.
If you pay by credit card, and the card was denied we also reserve the right to not clean your home on the scheduled day.
Pet Policies
We will only let your dog out for a potty break if you have told the office or Erin it is OK to do so.
We do not clean up pet messes of any kind. If there is a pet accident in your home we will leave you a note about it. We are not trained or insured to clean up these kinds of messes.
Weather/ Snow Policies
You must have your sidewalk and or driveway clear of snow and ice for us to enter your home. We reserve the right not to clean your home if we think it may be dangerous for us to enter.
If they are cancelling school in your area, we maybe rescheduling clients as well. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions.
